Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, is committed to being involved in the international area. Chapters around the support of Deltas initiatives in Haiti and Africa. Delta has been instrumental in establishing school and health care facilities. Members of the sorority also participate in the Delta Days at the United Nations, where chapter members learn about issues facing the world. World Aids Day

World Aids Day is held on December 1 of every year. El Paso Alumnae participates by developing activities which bring awareness of the Aids pandemic and HIV.
